Into Stillness
Being in investment banking and auditing industries for years, Sonia was hyper-stressed 24/7 and had absolute work-life imbalance, which had negatively affected her personal well-being.
Realised the needs to take care of her personal well-being, Sonia started to practice yoga and meditation. She found that it is a profound way to release stress where she was finally able to relax and found the long-gone stillness. Also, she found the practices had greatly improved her work performance and productivity. She handled stressful situations better, her concentration improved, so as her people management skills.
Knowing the benefits so dearly, Sonia quitted her banking job and become a Yoga and Meditation Instructor.
From her personal experience, she truly understands the importance of personal well-being to one's life and how helpful yoga and meditation could be in the workplace and our day to day life.
She hopes that based on her first hand experiences, she can contribute to improve workplace wellness, to build awareness on personal well-being, and to help all her clients to find the stillness and peace within, attaining a life with peace, joy and love.
